Peace of Mind...

I feel blessed that life bought me here to the beauty of the Brecon Beacons. I am truly lucky to have found a home in the heart of the Beacons National Park. The beauty and majesty of the hills never fails to surprise me. Watching the sunrise on Pen y fan fills me with wonder. Being swept off my feet by the fiercest of winds on Corn ddu adds that sense of adventure.

And the dips. Always the dips!

At the base of Pen y Fan an absolute jewel of a pool where the waters rush off the hill and tumble and torrent over the rocks forming a wonderful waterfall. Dipping here is sheer delight as the symphony of sound played out by the rush of the falls is simply breathtaking.. But there are so many more hidden pools, lakes and rivers here in this gorgeous corner of Wales. Away from the gaze of any other humans with just the company of Red Kites as they soar above this truly is peace of mind ...
